Life can get in the way of being able to attend regularly. If you are using the online booking system, you can cancel and reschedule there.
If you prefer contact me directly with good prior notice, so I can reschedule the session at no cost to you. If this were happening regularly, I would discuss this with you.

To cover my costs and to cover financial loss, I charge a cancellation fee in the following circumstances:

• If you cancel on the day of the session or do not turn up, you will be charged the full agreed fee for that session.

• If you cancel the day before the session, you will be charged half your agreed rate.

• Unpaid cancellation fees will be followed up on. Also, you can not have further sessions till the unpaid cancellation fees are paid.

• Cancelling on any other day incurs no charge.

• Client autonomy re cancelation is respected. If you cancel and make no further bookings I will not contact you to make any further bookings.

• If you need to take a break or space out your sessions more than once a week, that is ok and can be arranged. This should be discussed beforehand.
